Hello,

Im getting an issue with VC again, but this time its the product module.

within the product description we have placed this product module and it seemed that it was laying out the products in the menu order. But it was placing them randomly.

We want them to be in order and it doesnt seem to matter in which way we or order we put them VC is not udating with the new information.

Example: If we make it ‘Menu order’ and then put ‘Ascending’ save and update, refreshed and cleared cache etc nothing happens. Even if we then go back and change to ‘Descending’ save and update… still nothing happening.

It just will not respond.

I have tested woocommerce products element on draft page and found that it works fine. Please provide us with the link to the page where issue persists.

But if i change them and then save/ update. it doesnt seem to change on the front page?!

Hello,

I tried to change order type to “Descending” and to “Ascending” and the result was different. So changing order type takes effect.
Try to clear browser cache each time you check your site after making changes or check in another browser.
