  Do you know why when I look at the site on different mobile devices, the site looks like a miniature version rather than a full responsive site?

  It used to be responsive, but first, the product page stopped being responsive, now the whole site.
  can you please help me?

  That looks really good in a desktop browser. In fact if you shrink the browser window, the site becomes responsive. But when I access the site through my iPhone 6 or an android system, I see a full page, no as the screnshot you provided. What I see is a miniature version of the full site and it should be exactly like your screenshot. do you know why?

  Are you checking on mobile device or using emulation in a browser?
  Sorry, but we aren’t experiencing such issue.
