  Usually my website is ecommerce where products sell online. but the registration form look like in below apprisement.

  this is the url of the image

  http://i.imgur.com/cQ5cCn6.jpg?1 . i want to bring this into a register page. so is it possible to do that.

  if yes how can i do or suggest me some plugins which suitable for my requirement.

  Unfortunately there is no such option in our theme. You may try to use this suggestion http://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/daily-tip-how-to-assign-wordpress-user-roles-at-registration/ .
  Please note we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme as we can’t test all of them.
