Checkout issues.. help? - by OPTBRAS - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi, i seem to have an issue at checkout. the shipping calculation on the right is not longer radio checking the shipment type (so even when you pick the one you want, you cant see it as the little check button isnt there!)

    And now it seems to have an additional strip along the bottom of the page which IS showing the shipping calculation etc.

    I havent seen this before and i dont like it, its confusing.

    Can you tell me whether this is something i have done wrong or checked on the site somewhere? or if this is happening due to another plugin?

    It seemed to happen after i updated wordpress 🙁

    Hello,
    as we can see – you are using third-party plugin ‘WooCommerce TM Extra Product Options’ for cart shipping options. This plugin is not supported by our theme so we recommend you to contact its developer for assistance.

    In addition You can add following code in custom.css file to remove second cart totals

    .woocommerce > .cart_totals{
    	display: none;
    }

    Thank you, i will have to do that. I did ask before purchasing the plugin and i was told that you could not test all plugins and i had to install at me own risk. Oh well

    I again, is this also why the shipping method is not being checked? I just put that code in for now and the shipping is not being checked?

    Please check your ftp credentials because we are unable to login.
    You may also comment the code in the file wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce/cart/cart.php on line 162 and the issue should be fixed.

    Hi, everything is correct. i dont understand about < ?php do_action( ‘woocommerce_cart_collaterals’ ); ? what would i do with it?

    Hello,

    You need remove the code < ?php do_action( 'woocommerce_cart_collaterals' ); ?> in the file wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce/cart/cart.php on line 162. After that check Cart page.

    Okay, well i dont understand, but i cant do anything else, i have been on it most of today and its been loggin fine.

    I cant change the password due to having issues with it when i first started out.

    I will have to wait until your next update comes out and only hope that the issue is sorted.

    i have got the message about woocommerce files being out of date, and i think this is the issue.
