  Hi,
  The captcha used in the contact form see is visible for registered user but is not visible for user not login:
  I have look at the tmp folder and the images are not created in the tmp when the user is not login…
  I already put the tmp file to 777 and it do not change the result

  Also I have a noticed that a couple of files are not loaded like
  wp-content/uploads/masterslider/custom.css
  /wp-content/uploads/smile_fonts/Defaults/Defaults.css

  Hello,

  You’re using old theme and plugins versions. Please update them.
  Don’t forget to make backup your site before updating.

  You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
  enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

  Thank you for the quick reply
  It was working before and I would ideally not want to update the theme and plugins every 2 months to have a stable site…

  I have updated my theme from 1.7 to 1.7.1
  I have the same behaviour..

  Hi Robert yes it seams to be good now for the captcha 😉

  what about the wp-content/uploads/masterslider/custom.css not found and http://cosmecor.ca/wp-content/uploads/smile_fonts/Defaults/Defaults.css

  how can I disable those two file from loading at start?

  Do I really need to update the theme and all the plugin each time there is a updates? There is a lot of theme and they are very frequent…

  Hello,

  It was cache. I’ve deactivated the W3 Total Cache plugin and turned on again.
  After that errors are gone.
