    Hi,

I wrote previously a topic with sidebar problem: https://www.8theme.com/topic/defult-sorting-on-home/
Now I have problem with custom tabs under the single product.
They are only visible when I add them for the first time. When I edit them – disappear.
What is wrong? I have theme and plugins up-to-date.
You have my admin credentials in previous topic.

    Thanks.

Did you edit/customze default woocommerce files for tabs?

    With best regards

    Hello,

You need add description for your products. For example, I’ve written “test” in the description for the product “Cuddling Washing Gel” and “Description” tab is shown now.
Please clear browser cache and check.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Eva,

I added description in main field but I still can’t see the customs tabs.
I see only main description, custom tab is not visible…

This is not solution for my problem. I want to add different custom tabs for each product because each product has different composition of chemistry.

    Hello,

    Sorry for a delay.
Some plugin is causing the issue.
I’ve disabled 3rd-party plugins and custom tab is working now.
Please check the product “Cuddling Washing Gel” and clear browser cache before.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

Thanks for your respond, but it is still not working.
When I edit custom tab fields, these fields are empty after publishing.

    Hi,

    Problem solved, thanks.

Next question. How I can remove the shadow under the main background on the site?

Thanks for quick reply, but I have only default.custom.css file.
    Should I rename it?
