Urgent Checkout Issue.. Checkout Gone - by caleb

Please help! There is no way for customers to checkout on our site. When you go to view cart the proceed to checkout button is gone.. There is no way to get into the checkout from the view cart page the view cart page only has calculate shipping and coupon the button to proceed to checkout has vanished. Also the direct checkout button after a product has been added to the cart is gone..

We have had numerous customers email about this issue because they cannot proceed to checkout its a big issue

Eva,

Thank you for helping with the cart issue… I however am having numerous other problems that customers have pointed out this week. About 3/4 of the pages on the site will not load anything but a blank white page via the mobile responsive version. On top of the mobile version it self is messed up. It is formatted totally different than it has been either this is intentional which i doubt because its almost not usable or there is an issue somewhere. Please take a look yourself if possible.

Pages i know do not work on phone or tablet.. Bucket hats under headwear, snapback under headwear

Socks under apparel and numerous others they all load to a blank white page.

Please check into this and get back

I just disabled the mobile responsive theme (checked on several different devices) and the issue is still occurring but the pages load fine on a computer its just a phone or tablet the issue seem to be on. I am going to re enable the responsive version so you can see the issue with how its loading and formatted because i still think there is an issue with that.

Yes have tried 4 different cell phones and 3 iPads… all don’t work.

The mobile version of the site itself doesn’t load correctly

I have tested these issues like i said on numerous computers, phones & tablets along with unhappy customers who cannot get it to work either who have sent emails.

Please clear browser cache and check it. Also please update Visual Composer plugin to the latest version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
