  Hello.

  I have completed a Call to Button for a free PDF.
  So I created the URL to a separate page where I want the customer to be able to put in the following information.
  First Name
  Surname
  Email
  Number (optional)
  Which products are you interested in? (with options of Spurs – Stirrups – Horseshoes)

  Then a submit button

  How can I do this?

  Hello,

  You have to create a page with the form and add a link of this page to your button. Sorry, but there is no such option in Visual Composer editor.
