    Hello,

    I just bought the composite products extension. Is it supported?
    Can you please tell which layouts are supported?
    I’m doing some tests and there are many thing pretty ugly (proportions/fonts mainly)!

    Tks in advance

    Hello,

    if you are asking about this plugin: http://www.woothemes.com/products/composite-products/ , our theme partially modifies single product page layout so we can not guarantee all plugins features will be working correct with our theme. It is possible that additional customization will be needed.
    Please list your known problems with plugin here.

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.

    Yes, that is the plugin. So does it mean that we have to hire someone to customize the single product page in a way that your theme work with both normal and composite products?
    Someone that doesn’t know your theme, can fix the present issues but at same time it can create issues for other features that is not aware or in future updates of your theme, correct?

    I think the main issue is regarding the component name (same font size as product title). If we reduce that size to start it may look already much better.

    Hello,

    Please try to use this code in custom.css file to reduce font size:

    .single-product-page .component_title .product_title {
        font-size: 20px !important;
    }

    How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Please try to use this code instead of the previous one:

    h2.component_title.product_title, h4.composited_product_title.product_title {
      font-size: 20px !important;
    }

    Thank you.

    Hello Eva,

    It worked but for what I can see and following what your colleague Stand said, the extension is not compatible with your theme, right? What do other customers do? Is there anyway to make it work?

    You can see test page here: http://www.lingerienoire.com/sexy/in-bloom-set/

    Thanks

    Hello,

    Sorry, but it’s beyond of our basic support scope to customize 3rd-party plugins.
    The compatible plugins are listed on our site:
    http://themeforest.net/item/legenda-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/5888906

    You can contact the plugin developer and ask for some code that needs to be implemented in our theme to make the plugin compatible.

    Please take our apologies for inconveniences.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello Eva,

    Well… this is a woocommerce extension. In the link you posted in the previous post:
    “The theme is fully integrated with the excellent WooCommerce plugin which is free, powerful and extendable.”

    It’s really a pity because I really don’t know what to do.

    I really needed to sell composite products as I have different components with different attributes (size, bra size and bra cup, for instance) and to sell a set with panties and bra it’s impossible to create all the multiple variations. If you’d add another product to the set even worse.

    I can ask a refund of the plugin but I will lose customers/sales 🙁

    Regards,

    José

    Hello,

    You can ask the plugin developer for the code and instructions that need to be implemented in our theme to make the plugin compatible. We’ll try to include it in the theme.

    Thank you.

    I’ve received the refund . They didn’t said anything about the code.

    I’ll find a solution. You can close this one. Thanks
