  Hello,

  I have tried to upload a video that I made to show you what I am seeing, but it wont load for some reason.
  When I navigate to the shop page, and only the shop page, myself, another admin and a customer get a critical error on the page, but no one else does. Which explains why you arent either. Doesnt mean there isnt a problem.

  What do you suggest we do?

  Hello,

  We also now had a stockist client try search for products on the shop page and received a critical error.
  They tried to search for “Green Tea”.

  I really need to get to the bottom of this please.
