My website is running extremely slow and not loading–including the wp-admin page login. It resolves for an extremely short time after I reboot the server through my hosting dashboard. Perhaps this happened after the recent changes that you made on the last ticket I submitted.
I contacted my host and they said, “Investigation found that the server itself is healthy and not resource constrained (no CPU, memory, or MySQL bottlenecks). However, the website is exhausting all available PHP-FPM workers, which results in slow page loads. Review of the PHP error logs shows a large volume of repeated warnings originating from the Elementor plugin, indicating that Elementor is attempting to access an invalid or missing document object. This suggests a website-level issue, potentially involving an Elementor template, addon, theme integration, or recently introduced content/configuration change. Further troubleshooting within WordPress is recommended, focusing on Elementor and related plugins.”
Elementor came packaged with the theme, so I’m not sure how to reach out to them and am hoping you can help resolve the issue. Thank you!
