    Hi,
I am experiencing an issue with the Cart Page.

Everything was working correctly until two days ago. Now, when customers add products to the cart, the products appear correctly in the mini cart. However, when they click “View Cart,” the cart page displays only the table headers:

    Details | Remove | Price | SKU | Quantity | Subtotal

Interestingly, proceeding directly from the mini cart to Checkout works correctly.

I also tried editing the cart through XStore Builders → Cart Page Builder → Edit with Elementor, but the editor opens a blank page displaying the same unstyled cart table.

I have already tried the following without success:

Regenerating Elementor CSS files using Elementor → Tools → Clear Files & Data.

    Purging all LiteSpeed Cache data.

Clearing the cache and testing the cart again.

Could you please take a look at this issue and help me resolve it? Thank you.

    Hello @Nesa,

Please provide us with the correct FTP access, as the current credentials you attached are showing an empty directory.

    Dear @Nesa,

As you can see, there are no folders, only some files (https://gyazo.com/dd5439febc44b52288a4516a504a65a6). We kindly ask you to check the connection on your side and provide us with the steps to correctly connect to the FTP access.

    Hello @Nesa,

Thank you for providing us with the correct FTP access. However, we were unable to check the error logs on your website as it appears to be blocked from being previewed on the frontend from your server side, even with debug enabled in the wp-config file.

A possible solution for an immediate fix is to log in as an admin, clear the cart content, open the Cart page editor, and set the default shortcode [woocommerce_cart] instead of the Cart page widget. Please refer to this link for guidance: https://gyazo.com/0674929dd73c8b0143f6e5a204095f38. After saving, the Cart page should work without issues.

If you have contact with your hosting provider, could you please ask them to check the server-side error logs? There may be a server error or database issue that can be resolved from the server side.

    Best regards,

    Hi,
the team noticed in the logs that Elementor failed to complete its update or installation.

Could that be the cause of the issue? Would it be easier to roll back to the previous version of Elementor?

When we try to open the XStore Builders → Cart page, only blank page. See in attach.

    Hello @Nesa,

We hope this message finds you well.

If you have recently updated Elementor and encountered a failure during the process, we recommend either rolling back to the previous version and updating it manually or reviewing your server logs to determine the cause of the failure. The issue may be related to server configuration or settings that require updating to the latest necessary values.

    Hi,

We resolved the issue by creating a new page and adding a shortcode. We haven’t rolled back Elementor to a previous version, but we’re keeping an eye on the situation.

    Thank you!
