Hello @Web,
As we don’t save the customers web-sites access for security reasons, could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
You can either create new acccount or modify the password for our created customer.
Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
Kind regards, Jack Richardson

Hello @Web,
Could you please clarify the latest steps you implemented on your website before this issue occurred? We have checked on our side and did not find any possible reasons in our theme code. It is possible that the issue may be related to some configurations made on your server, as described in the official Elementor article: https://elementor.com/help/the-content-area-was-not-found-error/. We kindly ask you to contact to your hosting provider as well to check the possible sources of such issue on server side, or server logs.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Thank you for your response. We have already checked for potential server-side causes but quickly ruled them out. The visual layout fails to load only on the pages we’ve created; everything else loads correctly. The design for each page loads in Safe Mode, but it seems Elementor isn’t using page.php as the template file, as it should be. Was there a recent patch for this? I couldn’t find any record of one.
Hello @Web,
We hope this message finds you well.
We would like to inform you that there have been no patches released for the issue you mentioned, as it does not appear to be a problem with our theme. We have not been able to replicate the issue on our end or on other customers’ websites. Therefore, we kindly request that you consult with your hosting provider to review the server logs or any modifications made on the server side.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
