    Dear XStore Support Team,

We are experiencing a serious performance issue on our WooCommerce website, https://shade-wood.com.

    **Environment:**
    – XStore Theme: 9.7.10
    – XStore Core Plugin: 5.7.10
    – WordPress / WooCommerce / Elementor
    – Hosting: GoDaddy (cPanel)

    **Issue:**
Our website frequently reaches nearly 100% CPU usage, causing slow loading times and intermittent HTTP 503 errors.

    **Troubleshooting performed:**
    1. GoDaddy confirmed that CPU and process limits were being reached.
    2. We temporarily disabled XStore Core and observed CPU usage drop significantly, from nearly 100% to approximately 0–17%.
    3. Unfortunately, disabling XStore Core severely disrupts the website’s layout and functionality.
    4. GoDaddy reviewed the PHP error logs but could not identify a specific script responsible for the excessive CPU usage.
    5. GoDaddy also investigated a suspicious PHP file and reported that it was not malware.

    **Our request:**

Could you please investigate whether XStore Core, one of its modules, or a conflict with another plugin is causing excessive CPU usage?

We would appreciate guidance on identifying the exact cause and resolving the issue without breaking the website design.

Please let us know what diagnostic information you need.

    Thank you for your support.

    Best regards,
    ShadeWood Team

    Hello, ShadeWood Team,

Thank you for contacting us regarding the performance issues you are experiencing with your WooCommerce website. We understand the importance of maintaining optimal performance and are here to assist you.

To address the high CPU usage issue, we will investigate whether the XStore Core or any of its modules might be contributing to the problem, as well as any potential conflicts with other plugins. To facilitate our investigation, could you please provide us with the following diagnostic information:

    1. A list of all active plugins on your website.
    2. Any recent changes or updates made to your website prior to the issue arising.
    3. Access to your website’s error logs, if possible.
    4. Any additional information that you believe might be relevant.

Once we have this information, we will conduct a thorough analysis and provide you with guidance on resolving the issue without compromising your website’s design and functionality.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Dear XStore Support Team,

    Thank you for your response.

We have collected the requested diagnostic information for shade-wood.com.

    **1. Currently active plugins:**

    – Contact Form 7 (6.2.2)
    – Elementor (4.3.5)
    – MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress (4.14.1)
    – Moyasar Payments (8.4.0)
    – Rank Math SEO (1.0.280)
    – Site Kit by Google (1.190.0)
    – UpdraftPlus (1.26.13)
    – WooCommerce (11.2.1)
    – WP Mail SMTP (4.10.2)

Currently inactive plugins include XStore Core (5.7.10), PRO Elements, Akismet, and Hello Dolly.

    **2. Recent changes:**

The CPU and HTTP 503 issues appear to have started before the recent plugin updates, although we cannot confirm the exact date.

Disabling XStore Core significantly reduced CPU usage, but it also broke the website layout.

    **3. PHP error log findings:**

We downloaded and reviewed the server error log. Notable findings include:

    – Approximately 148,000 repeated Elementor PHP warnings between October 14 and 15: “Attempt to read property ‘ID’ on null” in elementor/core/base/document.php.
    – Repeated WordPress Cron scheduling errors involving action_scheduler_run_queue, including could_not_set.
    – Previous fatal errors involving XStore Core (et-core-plugin) and PRO Elements.
    – Database errors referencing a missing ykur_options table on October 15.

These findings do not conclusively identify the cause of the high CPU usage, but they may help your investigation.

    **4. Additional information:**

GoDaddy confirmed that the hosting CPU and process limits were being reached but could not identify the exact resource-intensive script.

Could you please investigate the Elementor warnings, Cron scheduling failures, and potential XStore Core compatibility issues?

We would appreciate a solution that allows us to reactivate XStore Core without causing excessive CPU usage or breaking the website layout.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Best regards,
    ShadeWood Team

You can share these details securely using the private content area in your support ticket. Once we have access, we will examine the configuration and troubleshoot the issue further.

    Dear 8Theme Support Team,

    Thank you for your update.

The HTTP 503 Service Unavailable error is exactly the main issue we are experiencing and the reason we contacted your support team.

Since WordPress admin access is currently affected, we have also provided restricted FTP access in the private content section of the ticket.

Could you please use the FTP access to investigate the issue and identify what is causing the server to return HTTP 503 errors?

If you require any additional server logs or assistance from our hosting provider (GoDaddy), please let us know exactly what is needed.

We appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

    Best regards,
    ShadeWood Team

    Hello, ShadeWood,

Thank you for providing access and for your patience.

We have reviewed the situation and enabled the following options for optimization in the XStore -> Speed Optimization tab:

    – List cache
    – AJAX search results cache
    – Static block cache
    – Removing query strings from static resources
    – Disable emojis
    – Disabling Gutenberg Patterns

These measures should reduce server load and improve the site’s performance.

Additionally, we recommend installing a cache plugin (such as WP Rocket) and, if possible, connecting a CDN.

Please check the site’s performance and let us know if the CPU load has stabilized.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Dear 8Theme Support Team,

Thank you for your optimization efforts.

We reviewed the cPanel Resource Usage statistics for October 26–27, and the server is still experiencing significant resource limitations.

    The report shows:
    – CPU Faults: 9,164
    – Process Faults: 20,849
    – Physical Memory Faults: 362
    – CPU usage remaining near 100% for extended periods.

We understand that part of this reporting period may be before your recent changes.

Could you please investigate the root cause of the excessive resource consumption and confirm whether XStore Core, scheduled background tasks, or plugin conflicts are contributing to the issue?

We would appreciate a technical diagnosis and a permanent solution rather than additional general optimization recommendations.

    Best regards,
    ShadeWood Team
