Can you please explain the different settings for open/closed state for the shop sidebar filter widget?
On our WooCommerce shop page, Widget Toggles is enabled and Widget Toggle Action is set to “Collapsed on desktop.” The filter groups start open on a phone, as expected. In tablet portrait mode, however, they start collapsed. We use the off-canvas filter sidebar on both phones and tablets, so we would like the groups to start open on both, while keeping them collapsed on desktop.
The current choices—Opened, Collapsed always, Collapsed on mobile and Collapsed on desktop—do not appear to provide a separate default state for tablets.
Is it possible to assign independent default-state controls for desktop, tablet and mobile, or can you clarify how tablet is classified by the current setting? It would be helpful if this followed XStore’s responsive breakpoints, so the default state matches the filter layout shown at each viewport width.
