Footer Scrolling Issue on iPad Air – Theme Support Request

We have reviewed your screenshots and did not identify any issues, as it appears that the page was not scrolled to the end. Additionally, we tested it on a responsive browser, and the issue did not occur. Could you please provide us with a video of the issue? You can upload your video to a file-saving service such as https://fex.net/ and send us the link in a private message.

We have observed that in device simulators, the logo and text are missing in the footer from some simulated devices. We conducted similar tests on our simulators and encountered the same issues on some, while on others don’t (video is attached) . Could you please perform a test on a real device? Simulators may not display the original content due to privacy settings or restrictions on previewing certain content or images. There are no such issues in browser simulators.

We kindly request that you test pages other than just the homepage of your website, which is also a one-page your site. For instance, you can enter any URL such as yourwebsite/anything to access the 404 page. This will help determine if the footer issue occurs on other pages as well, allowing us to narrow down the source of the problem.

We kindly request that you temporarily remove all custom CSS from your Theme Options under Theme Custom CSS. Please ensure you create a backup beforehand. Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with temporary wp-admin access in the private content section, along with the URL details of the demo you imported.
