Urgent: XStore License Activation Failed After Reinstalling WordPress on the Same Domain

Dear XStore Support Team,

I recently purchased the XStore theme and successfully activated it on my website:

https://abo3omar-store.com

After the initial installation, I decided to completely remove WordPress and reinstall it from scratch to build a clean website.

I am now trying to activate the same XStore theme using my original purchase code on the exact same domain, but the activation is being rejected.

The error message states:

“It looks like this purchase code already activated for staging (development) domain.”

Please note that:

– I am using the same domain as before.
– I am not trying to activate the license on another website.
– The previous WordPress installation has been completely removed.
– This is a fresh installation of WordPress on the same website.

I kindly request that you release or reset the previous activation associated with my purchase code so I can reactivate XStore on my current installation.

This issue is delaying my website development, so I would greatly appreciate your urgent assistance.
