Elementor Issues – updating elementor pro plugin which 8theme said i must use

I was advised in previous months to download Elementor Pro plugin but now its not updating, error is:
Unauthorized

just dont recall ever subscribing to elementor pro… do i need this plugin for the site to operate? i dont know if you can advise that… should i deactivate and see what happens?

You may temporarily deactivate your plugin and install the PRO Elements plugin (XStore Control Panel -> Plugin installer), a free WordPress plugin that adds professional features to the Elementor page builder. Please note that Elementor PRO offers extended functionality including the Elementor templates import and other features and is a paid plugin.
