Yes, it is not a bug. The filters in the sidebar are predefined in the code to filter all products across the database, not just those on your page. This configuration is part of the WooCommerce plugin framework. Additionally, most filter widgets are designed to be displayed only on the original store page or product archive pages (such as product category archives, product tags, etc.), and not on custom pages (https://gyazo.com/2d1e5babf454a78376428922fa17b9a4).

If you wish to implement a custom filtering system on your custom page for products, you will need to find an appropriate plugin that offers a custom system for filtering products with a specific sidebar configuration.
