    Hello,

    I recently purchased your theme and installed a demo shop for testing:

    Website-Password: Baustelle

    I have already disabled some features that I do not need.

    While testing the website, I noticed that my installation does not seem to be as fast and responsive as the demo version on your website.

    Could you please let me know which settings, optimizations, or configurations are required to achieve the same performance as your demo website?

    I am currently preparing a complete website relaunch for a client, so page speed and overall performance are extremely important. I would therefore like to make sure that the theme is configured as efficiently as possible before I start building the final website.

    I also have another question regarding unused theme features. To keep both the frontend and WordPress backend as clean and lightweight as possible, is it possible to completely disable features/modules such as:

    * Wishlist
    * Portfolio
    * Testimonials

    Ideally, I would like to disable any modules that are not required for this project rather than simply not using them.

    Thank you very much for your support.

    Best regards,
    Lars

    Hello @larsm,

    Please note that website performance optimization is a complex process that involves various aspects of your site, including plugin configuration, image optimization, caching, server performance, and more.

    To demonstrate the potential of our XStore theme, please refer to the following example:
    https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-woocommerce-1476984-5641372-cloudwaysapps-com/ev9tp94xax?form_factor=desktop
    As shown, our theme can achieve a score of 80+ on mobile and 90+ on desktop, which is an exceptional result for an e-commerce theme.

    We kindly recommend reviewing the following points for your website:

    – Optimize all images (use modern formats such as WebP and ensure proper compression)
    – Configure a caching plugin (for example, WP Rocket)
    – Ensure your server is optimized for WordPress and WooCommerce
    – Minimize the use of heavy third-party plugins

    All these factors have a significant impact on website speed and overall performance.

    For speed optimisation, please review our dedicated article that covers the most important theme settings to configure:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/the-ultimate-2025-guide-to-boosting-wordpress-speed-with-xstore-theme/.

    Please note that performance optimization is beyond the scope of our support, in accordance with Envato’s support policy.

    Could you please clarify the specific issues you are experiencing? Are they related to section loading, products, posts, or particular pages? Kindly attach some screenshots or videos to help us better understand your request and assist you accordingly.

    To disable the features you described, you can find those in Theme Options -> Portfolio, Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Wishlist, Theme Options -> Speed Optimization

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
