    Hello,
Trying to improve website performance I installed Query Monitor plugin. It alerts me quite often about a time out related with your plugin.
Could you help me to find out the reason?
Please, find attached an screenshot with details.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Javi.

    Hello @javi_web,

This is not an issue, as we have configured cached patches for a period of one day and then generate a new request to check the latest patches list. How often do you encounter such a notice? Does it disappear upon refreshing the page and then reappear after some time? Please provide more details about this request so that we can verify if our understanding is correct.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hello Jack,
Your explanation doesn’t fit with the real situation. The notice, as I said you, appears frequently. I have checked it right now. After visit five pages (admin panel, logged in as admin) the notice appeared two times.
If it was cached, the request would be avoided or the response would be faster. Isn’t it?

If you want, access to the admin panel and check is on your own.
    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Javi.

    Hello @javi_web,

We kindly suggest temporarily disabling the Firewall in your Wordfence settings, as it is currently enabled and may cause issues not only with our XStore patcher but also with other plugins or theme update actions. You can find more details here: https://kinsta.com/blog/curl-error-28/#1-temporarily-disable-your-wordpress-firewall.

We look forward to your feedback on this matter.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
