    Dear @javi_web,

Could you please clarify whether the notice you mentioned appears only once, or if additional actions are required to generate such errors? If it is a one-time error, it seems to have been a temporary issue that has now been resolved. We have also checked the frontend of your website and found no notices or errors, indicating that everything appears to be displayed correctly. Also, there is not such notice on our local web-sites.

If you believe this issue occurs frequently and would like us to investigate further, could you please provide temporary WP-Admin access? We need to review your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is created, you may securely send the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Best Regards,

    Hello @javi_web,

Thank you for providing us with access. However, the credentials you attached do not allow us to edit theme files or plugin templates. We kindly request that you either enhance your access credentials or provide us with temporary FTP access in private content. Additionally, as a quick temporary solution, you can disable the Cart/Checkout progress bar sales booster (https://gyazo.com/5a7b7a3891f4b4325142de6c086846e8) to prevent log generation.

Upon our review, we also noted that you have outdated versions of WordPress, the WooCommerce plugin (and many others), the XStore Theme, etc. Since this is your live website, we kindly ask you to perform the update on your staging website or create a backup of your changes on the live website first.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hello Jack,
I have disabled the sales booster you have said me.
Your user has admin role selected. I will perform a complete update and will back to you then.

    Regards,
    Javi.
