    Helo,

We are experiencing an issue with the cart on our WooCommerce website, which uses the theme and LiteSpeed Cache plugin.

The problem occurs when LiteSpeed Cache page caching is enabled.

    The scenario is as follows:

We add a product to the cart.
Cart opens correctly and the product is displayed in the cart.
We go to the homepage and click on the cart – the cart is then displayed as empty.
We then navigate to another page – the product appears in the cart again.
After navigating to another page, the cart may once again be displayed as empty.

So, the WooCommerce session clearly exists, but the cart contents are not displayed consistently across different pages.

We would also appreciate it if you could check whether the Cart requires any specific LiteSpeed Cache settings, exclusions for certain AJAX requests from caching, or other configuration adjustments to ensure that the cart contents are always displayed correctly.

    Hi,

We think we have solved the problem. We enabled the “Vary for Mini Cart” option in LiteSpeed Cache, and so far everything seems to be working correctly.

We will continue testing today and tomorrow to make sure the issue does not occur again.

    Hello,

For now, it seems that the previous problem has been resolved.

We have another question. For some time, we have had an available update for XStore Core to version 5.7.5.

Could you please let us know whether this version is safe and recommended to update to? Have you had any reported issues or negative experiences with this version, particularly on WooCommerce websites?

Also, is it sufficient to simply click “Update Now” from the WordPress Plugins section, or are there any additional steps or precautions we should take before updating XStore Core?

We would like to make sure the update will not cause any compatibility or functionality issues.
