Facing “init_builders failed” issue while importing new demo

Facing issue while importing new demo and I see all the pics are with broken link. I don’t see any anything on home or any other pages properly as shown in picture.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Thank you for providing access. We have set up the appropriate demo version for you. The issue was that the caching plugins were interfering with the import (therefore, we have temporarily disabled them). Please check it at your convenience.

Thanks Andrew, I can see the website now. But when I tried to import another theme then also I see the error “init_builders failed. Unexpected error during import.” but it got imported properly. (atleast I can see home page not sure if something will cause trouble in website). May know what is the exact reason for this and where to fix this issue if it comes in future ? I am talking about “caching plugins were interfering with the import (therefore, we have temporarily disabled them).” and what is the impact for me ?

Hello, Rakesh,

Regarding the message about caching plugins, disabling them will slow down the website’s performance. Therefore, after the development is completed, they should be re-enabled. However, during development or when making changes, they need to be disabled, as they alter the site’s display and the changes made will not be visible.
