    Hello,
I am facing a critical pricing discrepancy on my shop for the exact same products depending on how the user enters the page:
-Navigation via Menu / Categories: When users navigate to a brand (e.g., Tamaris) via the main navigation (All Products -> Brands -> Tamaris), products are correctly displayed with their discounted / sale prices.
-Navigation via Direct Link / Google: When accessing the exact same brand archive or product URL directly via a search engine link, those same products appear at full regular price (the sale price is missing).

    Troubleshooting done so far:
-The products in question are identical in both views.
-Clear cache has been attempted, but the discrepancy persists.

    Thank you for help.
    Best regards,
    Luka

    Hello, lukabp,

    Thank you for the details.
Based on the described behavior, this looks very much like a caching issue. Since the exact same product shows the sale price through one navigation path but the regular price when opened directly, it is possible that different cached versions of the same product page are being served.
Please temporarily disable all caching layers and test the issue again. In particular, please check:
    – WP Rocket or any other WordPress caching plugin
    – Hosting/server-side page cache
    – Cloudflare or another CDN cache
    – Redis/Memcached object cache, if enabled
After disabling them, please completely purge all caches and then test the affected product in a new incognito/private browser window.
We also recommend clearing WooCommerce transients via:
WooCommerce → Status → Tools → Clear WooCommerce transients
Please make sure that the product page itself is not being cached differently depending on cookies, query parameters, referrer, device type, or logged-in/logged-out state.
If Cloudflare is used, please temporarily enable Development Mode or bypass cache for the affected product URL and test again.
Also, please provide us with one exact product URL where the issue can be reproduced. This will allow us to compare the response when the product is opened directly and when it is reached through the brand/category page.
If the correct sale price is displayed after all caching layers are disabled, this will confirm that the issue is related to the cache configuration rather than the XStore price output.

    Best regards,
