Elementor won’t load after i enable Xstore theme and plugins.

Hi, when my Xstore theme/plugins are enabled, elementor Pro keep loading.

Hello @Qazi,

Recently, we have only encountered issues with the Elementor built-in feature, Atomic Builder, which caused problems when loading the editor. We advised affected customers to disable this feature if they are not using Atomic elements on their website, which resolved the loading issue. If you would like us to check your setup, could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Hello @Qazi,

Please check now. We have deactivated the Atomic builder on your website as mentioned in our previous response, and this has resolved the issue with the Elementor editor loading (https://gyazo.com/db7de2a6b1e2b43b918231585b0006f7).

Hello @Qazi,

Could you please clarify which page you are attempting to open? We have tested opening your Archive products template and single product template (screenshots are attached in the private content). Could you also try checking from another browser?

Regarding the home page, it seems to be redirecting us when we attempt to open it on your website. This redirection in your hosting settings might be the cause of the issue when opening the page in the Elementor editor.

Also, we noticed that you are currently using Elementor and WPBakery builders while those might conflict, so it is highly recommended to use one of such builders only.

I am trying to edit home page. it keeps loading. is it ok if i connect my theme xtore to a domain but later change to another domain? the domain where i will host my final website is still active on another wordpress so i am trying to build website with temporary domain. is it ok if i make website on my another domain (not temporary one) and later connect my main domain to it. will it cause any inconvinience to my license?

i have one extra domain, let’s say xxyyzz.com. should i make my website on this domain by installing xstore theme and later when website is ready, i connect my main domain which is lets say aabbcc.com. would it cause any issues? please keep in mind that my domain aabbcc.com already has website connected to it so i cant use it for developing website.

Yes, once your website is ready, you can connect it to your main domain, aabbcc.com. This approach should not cause any issues. However, please ensure that after transferring the site, you reactivate the theme on the new site by deactivating and activating it using the purchase code. Additionally, remember to remove the theme from the old site so that only the main active site remains.
