    Hello,

    I have an issue with imported WooCommerce products and the **On-sale products**

    Our products are imported using a product import plugin. During the import, the products receive both the regular price and sale price, as well as the sale start and end dates.

    For example, product SKU **32482** has:

    * Regular price: 18,990 RSD
    * Sale price: 14,299 RSD
    * Sale start date: August 3, 2026
    * Sale end date: August 31, 2026

    The product is correctly displayed as being on sale in several places:

    * On the Single Product page, the sale price is displayed correctly.
    * On the Shop page, the product is displayed with the sale badge.
    * On the homepage, the product is displayed in a product card and is marked as being on sale.

    However, I created a separate **“Sale / Akcije”** page and selected:

    **Data Source → On-sale products**

    The imported products do not appear there.

    I discovered something very important during testing:

    The imported products do NOT appear in the On-sale products list immediately after the import. However, if I open the product in WordPress Admin, click “Update” without changing anything, the product immediately starts appearing on the Sale page.

    So, for example, product SKU **32482** is imported and correctly shows the sale price, but it is not displayed on the Sale page. If I open that product, click **Update**, and then return to the Sale page, the product appears.

    I also tested the standard WooCommerce shortcode:

    [products on_sale="true"]

    The same behavior occurs: imported products are not displayed until I manually open and update the product.

    This makes me suspect that something is not being triggered or regenerated when the product is imported, but is triggered when WooCommerce saves the product normally through the WordPress admin.

    Could you please let me know:

    1. What does XStore/Elementor use to determine **On-sale products**?
    2. Is there a specific WooCommerce hook or product metadata that must be updated when a product is imported?
    3. Could this be related to the WooCommerce product lookup table or another cached/indexed product data?
    4. Is there an XStore-specific function or setting that needs to be triggered after importing products?

    The important point is that **manually clicking Update on the imported product fixes the problem immediately**, without changing any product data.

    I would appreciate your help in identifying why the normal product update works, while the import does not trigger the same process.

    Thank you.

    Hello @Nesa,

    We would like to inform you of a known WooCommerce issue that occurs after importing products, where certain attributes and prices may not display correctly till manually updated the item. Please note that this issue is not related to our theme. If you have imported a large number of products, we recommend contacting your hosting provider to trigger a cron job to programmatically update your products. For a smaller number of items, you may update them manually.

    Additionally, please be aware that we display on-sale products based on the default WooCommerce query, which may result in similar issues when using their default shortcode. You are welcome to submit your questions on their support forum at the following link: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Hello,

    We have resolved the issue.

    The problem was that the WooCommerce save/update process was not being executed after the import. We fixed the import process, and the products are now correctly appearing on the On-sale page.

    Best regards,
