Hello XStore Team,

I have a client who is looking to build an online store, and I have recommended the XStore theme to him due to its suitable features and capabilities.

However, the client needs to integrate a payment gateway and ensure that it fully supports Saudi Riyal (SAR) and allows successful purchase transactions.

If I encounter any issues while activating or configuring the payment gateway, do you provide support or a solution to guarantee the activation process and perform an initial test purchase to confirm that everything is working properly?

XStore is fully compatible with WooCommerce and standard WooCommerce payment gateway integrations. However, support for Saudi Riyal (SAR), payment processing, account activation, and transaction approval depends on the specific payment gateway and its WooCommerce plugin.
If you encounter an issue while using the gateway with XStore, you can contact us and we will be happy to investigate it. If the issue is related to the theme, we will assist you with resolving it. Issues related to gateway activation, API credentials, payment processing, or the gateway service itself should be handled by the payment gateway provider/plugin developer.
If you already know which payment gateway you are planning to use, please provide its name or a link to the WooCommerce plugin, and we can check its compatibility with XStore.
