The search bar doesn’t search in all caps.

It appears there is an issue within WordPress itself concerning certain languages that use non-Latin symbols, which differ in lowercase and uppercase forms. Could you please let us know if you have a staging website where you can temporarily enable the default theme and disable the XStore Core plugin to conduct a search using the same query? We have tested the default URL (unmodified by our theme) and found that the product appears with an uppercase query but not with a lowercase one. This search results template is independent of our theme’s functionality, meaning it should display the same results as the default theme. However, to be certain, we kindly ask you to test this on a staging website or, alternatively, provide us with temporary wp-admin access so we can review your settings.
