Sorry for the delay in answering. As your questions require some templates modification we need to have access to your wp-admin and FTP account.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Thank you for granting us access. However, we have noticed that you have a custom login URL, as neither the wp-admin nor the my-account endpoints are displaying the login popup. As a result, we are unable to log in to your website and review the settings. Additionally, we do not currently see the shop page on your website. Could you please provide it in a private area as well?

Furthermore, the FTP access you provided does not connect us to your account on the server.

At this time we suggest you to check if you have the “Disable Pjax pagination” setting in Theme Options -> Speed Optimization enabled, and if not, please, enable it and check then.
