    Hello,
I have detected that this filter doesn’t detect product’s attribute listed in the archive page. I have added the default Woo filter too only to show you the error as simple as I am able.

Please, find details and examples in private field.

If you needed change the template you should advice me before do it. But, in my opinion, the issue is caused by the widget programming.

Let me know if you need anything else.

    Regards,
    Javi.

    Hello Andrew,
I have whitelisted several IP for your workmates. Could you share with me your public IP address to enable it? If it’s not already enabled.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Javi.

    Hello, javi_web,

We reviewed the case and understand the issue now. The etheme_swatches_filter widget works correctly on product category and product tag archives, but it does not properly detect the WooCommerce native Brands archive using the product_brand taxonomy.

So the problem is not caused by your template. It is related to incomplete compatibility of the swatches filter widget with WooCommerce native brand archive pages.

Our development team is already working on the fix. Once we have a confirmed result, we will let you know immediately.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
