    Hello XStore Support,
    I urgently need your assistance.
Approximately two weeks ago, I installed and activated the XStore theme. Since then, I have been experiencing multiple critical issues that never existed before.
    The problems include:
    Frequent 502, 503, and 504 Gateway Errors.
Extremely high CPU and server resource usage, even though my hosting plan is a high-performance managed hosting (EasyWP Supersonic), which previously handled my website without any issues.
The hosting provider had to refresh WordPress core files and temporarily disable WooCommerce plugins to recover the website.
In addition, I suspect there is a compatibility issue between XStore and WooCommerce:
The “Visit Store” option has disappeared from the WordPress admin bar. Only “Visit Site” is shown, although the Shop page itself opens normally.
This behavior started only after activating XStore.
    I have also noticed that:
My website logo/favicon no longer appears correctly in Google search results as it did before.
I am concerned that something in the theme may be affecting SEO or outputting incorrect metadata.
I would like to clarify an important point:
I have already invested a significant amount of time customizing my website with XStore, and I finally achieved the design and layout I wanted. I do not want any rollback, reset, database cleanup, or any action that could remove or affect my products, orders, pages, settings, or website content.
My goal is not to rebuild the website. I simply want to identify the exact root cause of the high resource usage, the server errors, and any compatibility or conflict causing these issues.
I have already tried all the troubleshooting steps available to me, but unfortunately I have not been able to find the cause.
I need your direct technical support to investigate the issue, identify the exact conflict, and provide a permanent solution without affecting my website or its content.
Please let me know exactly what diagnostic information, logs, or temporary access you need from me so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.
    Thank you.

    Hello, elmas dental,

The 502, 503, and 504 errors are server-level responses, usually caused by exhausted PHP workers, memory/CPU limits, timeouts, cache configuration, or a conflict between active plugins. Activating XStore can increase the load while the theme, Elementor, WooCommerce, and related plugins initialize, but these errors alone do not confirm a theme bug.

To investigate this properly, please provide the following through the Private Content area:

Temporary FTP/SFTP or hosting File Manager access.
The latest PHP error log generated while XStore is active.
Information about the PHP version, memory limit, and server resource limits.
A list of plugins that were temporarily disabled when the website recovered.

Please also confirm whether the issue occurs when only XStore, XStore Core, WooCommerce, and Elementor are active. This test is necessary to determine whether the problem comes from XStore itself or from a plugin conflict.

    Regarding the other points:

The “Visit Site” text in the WordPress admin bar is controlled by WordPress and is not evidence that the WooCommerce shop page is missing.
SEO titles and metadata are normally generated by WordPress or an SEO plugin. Please provide one affected page URL and a screenshot showing the incorrect metadata.

Before any changes are made, please create a full backup of the website. Once the requested logs and access details are available, we can inspect the installation and identify the exact source of the errors.

For security, please ensure that all credentials are posted only inside the Private Content section and change any password that may have been shared publicly.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello,
    Thank you for your response.
I will provide you with temporary access through the Private Content section, along with any logs or information you need.
However, I have one very important request before any work is done.
Please do not delete, reset, reinstall, rollback, or modify any part of my website without informing me first. I have spent a significant amount of time customizing the website, and I have finally achieved the design and functionality I wanted. I do not want to lose any products, orders, pages, settings, content, or customizations.
My objective is not to rebuild the website. I only want to identify the exact root cause of the high server resource usage, the 502/503/504 errors, and any compatibility or conflict related to XStore and WooCommerce, then apply the appropriate solution while preserving the website exactly as it is.
If you believe any action may affect the website, please inform me first and explain what will be changed and why, so I can approve it before proceeding.
Thank you, and I look forward to your direct technical assistance in identifying and resolving the issue safely.
    Best regards.

    Thank you for your reply.
I have now updated the XStore theme and all related plugins to the latest version.
    Unfortunately, the issue still persists.
Since installing XStore, my website has been experiencing continuous 503 Service Unavailable errors, frequent downtime, and very high server resource usage.
To eliminate any hosting limitations, I have already upgraded my server resources significantly:
    Increased CPU to 4.5 vCPU
    Added extra RAM
Despite these upgrades, the problem remains exactly the same.
Before installing XStore, my website was running on a smaller server without experiencing any of these issues.
I kindly ask you to perform a complete investigation to identify the exact cause of the problem.
In particular, I would like to know:
Is there any issue caused by installing XStore over my previous Kadence theme?
Are there any leftover files, database entries, or conflicts from the previous theme?
Is there any XStore configuration, process, or compatibility issue causing the excessive CPU usage and repeated 503 errors?
My website is a live production WooCommerce store with active customers and very important recent data.
    Please DO NOT:
    restore any backup,
    delete any data,
    reset the website,
    reinstall WordPress,
remove products, orders, customers, or settings.
If you believe any change is necessary that could affect the website or its data, please inform me first and wait for my approval before making any modifications.
If the solution is simple, safe, and does not affect any data or the live store, please proceed with it as soon as possible.
My main goal is to identify the real root cause of the excessive resource consumption and the continuous 503 errors—not just temporarily hide the problem.
This issue has been ongoing since installing XStore, and I would greatly appreciate your urgent assistance.
    Thank you very much.

Additionally, if the theme or any of its related plugins require updating, you have my permission to perform the update provided that it does not result in any loss of data.
My priority is to preserve all existing data, including products, orders, customers, settings, and all recent changes.
I would also appreciate it if you could check whether there are any leftover files, database entries, or unused data from the previous Kadence theme. If there are any remnants causing conflicts or excessive resource usage, please clean them up only if it is completely safe and will not affect the live website or its data.
Most importantly, I kindly ask you to identify the actual root cause of this issue and provide a permanent solution, rather than a temporary workaround.
As this is a live WooCommerce store, I would appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

    Hello, elmas dental,

Thank you for providing access and permissions. We have updated your theme and all additional plugins, as well as configured the XStore Options → Speed Optimizations.

Please check whether any errors still occur on your side.

    Best regards,
