    Hi Eva,

    See picture in private.

Because the head most of the time not load (since this morning) the page stops loading at that point. A blank page is the result.

Hope you can fix this soon. It is a important time for reservations.

    Regards, Robert

    Hello,

I’ve checked your site and head.js file is loading:
    https://s3.amazonaws.com/fvd-data/notes/168674/1425500660-Dp360E/screen.png

Please try to check your site with other Internet provider. Also check error logs on a server where your site is hosted or ask your host to do this. There should be some errors if the problem really exists.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Thank you Eva,

I will check tomorrow. The problem seems to be resolved by itself. Any idea what the cause can be, besides my internet provider? Because I was not the only one who experienced the issue. And everything worked besides the head.js

    Regards, Robert

    Hello,

Sorry, but error_log should checked at first.
It might be caused by some issues on a server.

So is the problem resolved now?

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
