    Hi,

I have imported your template into the theme, and the website breaks when the “Pro Elements” plugin is activated. This plugin is included/required as part of the template.

The error shown on screen is:

    > “There has been a critical error on this website.”

I tested it by disabling only the Pro Elements plugin, and the website works again. However, when it is disabled, several template features stop working, so it seems the template depends on this plugin.

Everything is updated to the latest version. The website was working before, so I need to know if there is any known conflict with Pro Elements, Elementor, WordPress, WooCommerce, or the PHP version.

Could you please check this issue and provide a solution or a compatible/updated version of the plugin included with the template?

I have attached a screenshot of the error.

    Thanks.

    Hello @Marlon,

Could you please provide temporary FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Kind regards, Jack Richardson

    Hello @Marlon,

We have enabled the debug log to investigate the fatal errors, and it appears that Imunify360 (installed on your hosting) triggered a false positive and mistakenly removed an Elementor Pro class responsible for querying Archive Descriptions. Elementor has already contacted Imunify to resolve the issue, and the false flag has been removed.

Websites using Imunify360 should automatically restore the removed file; however, depending on your hosting environment, you may need to reinstall Elementor Pro manually.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact your hosting provider. Additionally, please note that the wp-admin login URL you provided does not grant us access to the dashboard, so we were unable to check your plugin versions or other settings.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
