Pagespeed very slow for the just Website under construction page

Hi Sir/Madam,

Page speed insights we are getting mobile Performance : 54 and speed 12.2 sec desktop : 67 and speed 8.5 sec very bad.

Pagespeed very slow for the just Website under construction page : https://spare-logic.com/
This very bad for me please check how to solve this?

Thank you for providing access. We have configured the Theme Options → Speed Optimization settings. The website performance has improved, however, once you finish building the site, please enable a caching plugin and a CDN.
