Hello. I’m having a problem with the language versions of my website. Everything looks correct in the backend, with both English and Polish versions. All buttons, menus, descriptions, etc., are displayed correctly in the backend. When I access the frontend (shop), some elements in the Polish version are displayed in English instead of Polish. The same happens when I switch to the English version. Some sections are in Polish instead of English. I’ve cleared all cache files; generally, the cache plugin is disabled. Clearing files from Elementor and the template itself doesn’t help. I’ve attached a screenshot with the description. Please help. Of course, your login credentials are still valid; you have full access to the site. Best regards, Wojtek.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

Thank you for your help. I’d like to know how to do this because I’ll be moving my website to its final address soon, and if this happens again, I don’t want to have to file another ticket. Best regards, Wojtek Hintzke

    Hi,

We have synchronized the translations and assigned the correct names using the Loco Translate plugin.

    xstore-core-pl_PL.po and xstore-pl_PL.po

    Please read more – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/

OK, thank you very much. I once saw the Loco Translate plugin working with Polylang, but I read somewhere that it can create conflicts between translations.

Hi! I’ve encountered another translation “problem.” I’ve enabled the mobile panel on my website, and everything is fine, except for one thing. I use the language switcher (PL/EN) there, and when I have Polish, everything works fine. However, when I switch to the English version, the “MENU” item in English is empty. I generate this item by displaying a static block called “Mega Menu 01.” To make things easier, I set the background color to red in the Polish section and green in the English section. All individual English elements are set to ONLY be visible in English, and the Polish elements are visible in Polish. Unfortunately, the English content isn’t displayed. Please help me solve this problem. Best regards, Wojtek.

    Hello, wojtek,

Thank you for providing access. We have resolved the issue, which was caused by the static block “Mega Menu 01” being available only for the Polish language due to the use of Polylang. We created its translation “Mega Menu 01 en” to make it available for the English version as well.

    Best regards,

Thank you very much for your help. If displaying part of the page in a different language didn’t work, does that mean it doesn’t work in Elementor at all? Without Polylang, wouldn’t the display mechanism for different language versions work at all? I wonder how it’s designed 🙂 If it has to be done through Polylang anyway, why have this option in Elementor? Confusing 😉 Regards, Wojtek.

This option is most likely intended for use with more advanced plugins, such as WPML.
