i created the backups using All-in-One WP Migration. I have taken approximately 4–5 different backups, but every backup appears to have the same issue. Initially, the backup process was stopping midway, so I installed the required extension/add-on and completed the backup successfully. However, even after the backup reaches 100% completion, the backup files are reported as corrupted during restoration. I don’t understand how all of the backups could be corrupted when multiple backups were created. Could you please investigate this issue and advise how I can restore my website backup? I would also appreciate some extra time while this issue is being resolved.”
I took a backup using All-in-One WP Migration before I changed my hosting. After that, the hosting was shut down, and I moved to a new hosting provider. Now, I’m trying to apply the backup using All-in-One WP Migration on the new hosting, but it’s not working. Can you please help me resolve this issue?”
“My backup size is 500 MB, but I also tried using the All-in-One paid version, and it still didn’t work.”

    Hello @mz mobile center,

Could you please provide us with the log of your notices from the backup files? Additionally, please share some screenshots or videos demonstrating the issue. You may also attach temporary wp-admin access in the private content section, along with detailed steps to help us reproduce the issue on our side.

As you are using the paid version of the All-in-One WP Migration plugin, we kindly ask you to submit a topic on their support forum. It appears that the backup-related issues may be connected to the plugin’s configuration rather than our theme, as the plugin creates the backup archive from your website’s data, not solely from our theme’s data.

We are happy to assist with any issues related to our theme; however, based on your request, this matter seems to require attention from the plugin or hosting provider. Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
