Elementor background colour changes not showing on live site

Hello,

We are using the XStore theme with WordPress and Elementor.

When editing a page in Elementor, background colour changes appear correctly inside the Elementor editor. However, after saving/updating the page and viewing the live site, the background colour does not update and the old colour still appears.

We have confirmed that the change is visible in the editor, but it is not reflected on the front end after publishing.

Could you please check whether the XStore theme settings, page options, generated CSS, cache, or any theme-level styling is overriding Elementor’s background colour settings?

The issue appears to be related to the front-end output rather than the Elementor editor itself.

Please could you advise on the correct fix or check if there is a known conflict between XStore and Elementor background styling?

Hello @Stephen Bruce Casey,

We have noticed that your website uses caching and an active CDN. Please note that our theme does not create any cache for page content, so the issue appears to be caused by your caching plugin. We kindly suggest clearing your caches, including the CDN and checking the results afterward.

Additionally, you may try regenerating the CSS in Elementor tools by following this guide: https://elementor.com/help/regenerate-css-data/

If you still require our assistance, please provide screenshots of the relevant sections along with temporary wp-admin access to your website in the private content area.

I’ve done and removed all plugins and i’ve cleared serverside cache and elementor the issues is still there

Hello @Stephen Bruce Casey,

Could you please ensure that the screenshots you provided are correct? We have checked on our side, and everything appears to be displayed correctly (a video is attached in the private content). You have one section with the heading “Used Machinery Marketplace,” which has a white background in both the editor and the frontend. Below it, there is another section with the heading “Why Buy Used Machinery,” which has a purple background in both the editor and the frontend as well.
