I would like to report a technical issue on the website/app when trying to use the Quick View feature on products.
When I click the Quick View button, the product details fail to load. Instead, it displays a blank white pop-up with an “Error with ajax” message at the top left corner.
Here are the details of the issue:
Issue: Failed to load product data via Quick View (Displays “Error with ajax”)
Device Used: Smartphone / Mobile Browser
Attachment: I have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.
Could you please assist in checking and fixing this issue? It currently restricts the browsing experience when trying to preview products quickly.
