    Hello, Engineer. Could you please tell me where I can modify the hover effect and font style shown in my screenshot? I would like to change the color to black, but I do not want the text to appear completely blank or disappear entirely when hovered over. Please provide the correct file path or location for these settings.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access and temporarily disable the cache plugin? We need to check your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Warm Regards,

    You just need to tell me how to restore the text highlighted in red circles within this UI screenshot back to its original, physically visible display template. Your colleague messed this up for me last time. Simply provide me with the corresponding step-by-step instructions.

    Hi,

    At the moment, we cannot see exactly where the styles for links hover are being pulled from on your site, as they are cached. To provide you with accurate instructions that will not affect anything else, we need your assistance. Or please let us know which of the colleagues worked on this previously.

    If you prefer not to share that information, the simplest way forward is to apply the following custom code:

    .etheme-modal-popup-inner:has(.etheme-search-form[type=popup]) .etheme-search-tags a:hover {
        background-color: black !important;
        color: red !important;
    }

    The result will be – https://gyazo.com/b3aa8570f4b7de4cdc1d3f7abb619dad

    I need you to tell me exactly how to navigate to the modification path. Every time I make changes on the website platform, I perform a massive cache purge. If you simply provide me with the code, I won’t know where to insert or configure it.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello @Jimmy Yip,

    We apologize for the misunderstanding of your request, as it included several different questions, making it difficult to provide a single solution. Let us address each issue step by step.

    Regarding the missing text in your “trending searches” tags, please review the header template revisions (https://elementor.com/help/revision-history-undo-and-redo/) to locate the tags that were previously displayed. Please note that empty tags may appear if the values in the header search widget are set incorrectly. For example, if multiple commas are used without corresponding values, the tags will appear empty (see https://prnt.sc/Z40txPD9KVm4). To edit your header search, go to Dashboard → XStore Builders → Header Builder → Edit with Elementor (https://prnt.sc/5OOw17-o8V0N).

    Regarding the font issue, could you please attach some screenshots to help us better understand your request? At the moment, we do not see any font-related issues on your homepage.

    As a suggestion, if your website is still under development, we recommend temporarily disabling your cache. Caching is best suited for websites that are already configured or require only minor updates. When making frequent content or layout changes, it is better to keep caching disabled. If you prefer to keep caching active, please clear it after making changes in your cache plugin settings or configure it to clear automatically every 2–3 hours. You can find more information in the following documentation:
    https://www.hostinger.com/support/6973388-how-to-clear-the-litespeed-cache-at-hostinger/

    Finally, I’d like to clarify what my screenshot illustrates. I located the specific interface you were working with, and I encountered the exact same issue as you: the text disappears the moment the mouse hovers over it. Therefore, the problem isn’t that I don’t know how to search for or add new keywords; rather, this appears to be a bug within the system. As soon as keywords are entered, the text automatically vanishes—leaving a blank space—whenever the cursor enters the hover state. How can I fix this?

    Hello @Jimmy Yip,

    Your private area is empty in your reply, and the screenshot you attached does not correspond to the message included in your response. You can share your screenshots or videos by uploading them to a service such as https://fex.net/ and providing the download link.

    If you would like our assistance, please provide the correct details and temporary wp-admin access to your website. On our local websites, we are able to set up trending searches without any issues and save them in the header template (https://gyazo.com/2197f310d51dd5e6a9d17934427a2f4d – backend, https://gyazo.com/4825b34852ca206506a76593568be77c – frontend).

    Thank you for your understanding.

    My goodness—how is it that you were able to resolve my issue, yet I still can’t seem to change this frustrating setting? What exactly am I doing wrong? Since you were kind enough to record and share a video walkthrough with me, surely you would be willing to help me modify my file paths as well. I am absolutely certain that the backend and frontend configurations you used for your header template settings page represent the exact final result I am trying to achieve. Please—could you provide me with a step-by-step guide?

    Hello @Jimmy Yip,

    Please remove the unnecessary commas at the end of your options (https://prnt.sc/zT2vTDGhdhK4) that do not separate any words (https://gyazo.com/1865739b6c1a960072021330fc17a1dc). You will then see only the correctly separated words. Use commas solely to separate words. We hope you can resolve this issue on your side. Otherwise, we kindly ask you to provide temporary wp-admin access so that we can check it on your website.

    Please tell me how I can optimize your display page to ensure it renders correctly. Currently, despite my attempts to make adjustments and modifications, I am unable to get it to display properly. Where exactly do I need to go to make these changes? I will now share both the correct version of your page and the version where I encountered issues; I urge you to take this matter seriously.

    I expressed this very clearly in the images I shared. (I need to resolve an issue with my click-and-hover display; please make sure you understand the specific nature of my inquiry.)

    Hello @Jimmy Yip,

    We have provided you with step-by-step solutions, but since the issue remains unresolved, we would need to check it manually. Therefore, we kindly ask you to provide temporary wp-admin access so that we can review and address the issue directly on your website.

    From your screenshot, it appears to be displayed correctly; however, you may also try removing the spaces between commas (https://prnt.sc/kC74sO8LngCL) and verify the result. If you would like us to investigate further, please share the temporary wp-admin access in the private area.

    Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our support time.

    Hello, Engineer. I have identified the key to resolving my issue; the screenshot I am currently sharing pinpoints the exact source of the problem. Specifically, the “Popular” popup tags within my editor are failing to display their text color, whereas the popup titles at the level immediately above them *do* retain their text coloring within the editor interface. Is this a bug in your source code? If not, please cross-reference the precise details I have provided here and assist me in fixing this. I have 100% confirmed this diagnosis through troubleshooting; the issue is not related to parentheses, but rather stems from a failure to apply the correct styling.

    Hello @Jimmy Yip,

    As we understand, you would like to modify the colors of the tags and the tag titles. If so, you can use the following custom CSS by navigating to “Search Widget → Advanced → Custom CSS” (https://gyazo.com/900931d2f6f5feb4c7e6848b9183213c).

    Custom CSS:

    selector .etheme-search-tags-title {
        color: red;
        text-transform: none;
    }

    selector .etheme-search-tags a {
        background: aliceblue;
        color: green;
    }

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
