Hello 8theme Support Team,
I purchased and installed the XStore theme for my WordPress website, activated the theme with the license key, and completed the setup wizard.
The issue is specifically with this XStore demo:

This is the exact demo we selected and tried to import. The setup wizard showed the message “Congratulations! Your new site is ready!”, but after opening the website, the Architecture Studio demo design and demo content were not applied.
The website still looks almost empty and only shows the default WordPress “Hello world!” post with a very basic layout.

– WordPress version: 6.9.4
– We also tried WordPress version: 7.0.0
– XStore theme version: 9.7.3
– XStore Core version: 5.7.3
– WooCommerce version: 10.7.0
– The theme activation key was accepted successfully
– Setup wizard finished successfully
– No error message was shown during activation/setup
– All required plugins were installed and updated

Important note:
We also tried importing another demo, “Luxury Jewelry”, and there was no problem with that demo. The demo content was imported successfully.
So the issue seems to be specifically related to the Architecture Studio demo import.
Could you please check why this exact demo is not importing/applying correctly to the website? We purchased XStore specifically to use this available demo, but after installation and activation the chosen design is not visible on the site.
