Intermittent wp_update_themes() warning error on my dashboard

Our theme does not modify or override the default WordPress update mechanism. However, certain hosting environments (such as those using LiteSpeed or Cloudflare) may occasionally block or delay outgoing requests, which can trigger this warning. We recommend checking the following:

1. Ensure that your server allows outgoing connections to api.wordpress.org over HTTPS.
2. Temporarily disable any security or caching plugins to see if the issue persists.
3. Clear your site and server cache, then try again.
4. Contact your hosting provider to confirm that there are no restrictions on external requests.
