  Hello. When we manually upload products, the star ratings do not appear on the page. [However, the products included in the default Xstore import template *do* display star ratings.]

  As shown in the figure: when I use the pre-configured product editing link, the star rating displays correctly in yellow. Furthermore—even though this built-in product also lacks any reviews—it is still able to display a rating.

  Hi,

  Thank you for your message.
  Please note that star ratings are displayed only when a product has at least one approved review. The products included in the default XStore import template may show ratings for demonstration purposes, but manually added products will not display stars until a review is submitted and approved.

  If you would like to display ratings for new products, please ensure that reviews are enabled in your WooCommerce settings and that at least one review is added for each product.
