The New Version Release of XStore Theme breaks our store page

Hi,

Please take a look at our site’s shop page, with 6 taxonomy filters, and
1 custom filter by color that targets a custom field in product variations.

You released a new update to the XStore Theme yesterday that we applied.
After the update, our shop page was blank, with no products only a message:
“There are no filters active on this page.”

I did a restore from backup to the previous version release of XStore, and everything was back to normal.
Can you please take a look at what may be causing this problem, and let us know when it’s safe to update the theme?

Hello, Enduratex,

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
