How to disable qty input field in canva/mini cart?

Hello,
we disabled the quantity input field in our current header template in the mini cart widet.
But its still shown in the mini cart / canvas cart.

We are using latest version 9.7.2. Already disabled all other plugis and we do not use any cache (no server side cache, no object cache, no plugin cache).
Please also check the attached screenshot.

Did you checked our setup/settings?

Hello,
this is not funny anymore.

1. We wrote in our initial message: already disabled “hide quantity field” and its still shown and you wrote:
-> Disable the option hide quantity field.

2. We quote your your own message with your own screenshot and you tell us: You can not open the screenshot…
its your own screenshot we have quoted and not ours. If its deleted: its deleted by your team, not from us. We have no access to your screenshot database/storage.

Finally:
“Unfortunately, we are unable to view your screenshot as it appears to have been deleted.”
-> Please check our initial message, there is an screenshot and all details in the message.
-> Please go to our backend and try to fix that issue.

We can not play again email ping pong like this.

Please check ALL 2 screenshots to understand our request. Maybe our text is not clear here in the textbox or you are not interested to read it. So lets talk in images. 🙂

1. We dont need to hide the quantity of products in cart above the cart icon (screenshot 1 – Bildschirmfoto 2026-04-20 um 18.41.47.png).
2. We need to hide the quantity input field in mini cart. So we disabled this option (screenshot 2 – Bildschirmfoto 2026-04-20 um 18.42.14.png).
3. As you can see: the quantity input field is still shown in frontend (screenshot 3 – Bildschirmfoto 2026-04-20 um 18.43.28.png)

Questions
1. Why your widget option is not working to hide only quantity input field? We disabled that option and its not working.
2. Please fix that bug in this widget.

We can be more clear. I hope now its clear about what we are talking? With next unprofessional answer we ask the client to write with his 3 subscriptions a negative review with every account. We can not work longer like this. One full day is lost and we play here email pingpong like in a free theme. 🙁

We have also checked using the admin credentials, and the quantity is not displayed in the mini-cart: https://gyazo.com/94b65e1d17d7686f04f7791f7e8f90ab. Please try removing the product or adding a new one so that the mini-cart content refreshes according to the settings. If the issue persists, kindly provide us with a video from your side.

Hello,

if you click the eye icon to see the product preview in canva you still see the product input icon.
We have to disable this via custom css, right?

Yes, if you would like to disable the quantity option in the Quick View, you can do so by applying custom CSS.
