Is the XStore theme compatible with the latest PHP version 8.5 ? My hosting is currently running on PHP 8.1. If I upgrade to the latest version, will there be any conflicts or compatibility issues with the theme?

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The XStore theme is regularly updated to ensure compatibility with the latest stable versions of PHP. At the moment, we recommend using PHP 8.1 or 8.2 for optimal performance and stability. PHP 8.5 is still quite new, and while we are working to ensure full compatibility, we suggest testing the update on a staging environment before applying it to your live site. This will help you confirm that all theme features and plugins function correctly.

If you encounter any issues after upgrading, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you. It is absolutely certain that not all plugins are compatible with this version of PHP, so we do not advise you to rush, because even if we fix the problems at your request, our fixes will only apply to the theme and not to third-party plugins.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
