Xstore/Woocommerce Composite Products Conflict

Hello team,
I have recently bought the official WooCommerce Composite Products plugin, because I need a solution to pair two differents sizes of a two-items set of clothing. But, there is the conflict that the theme I think covers the options for composite products and shows only Component-logic options, which are of Xstores settings.
How do I change that please?

Hello, Keira_girl,

Unfortunately, there is no simple way to disable the logic of the XStore components. Please provide us with access to the admin panel and FTP, as well as a link to the product where the issue occurred.

Hello team, thanks for answering. I’m sorry but I don’t see any change.
The is still no “Composites” option on Product data to set it correctly.

For example a bikini should match to 75b on top and Medium bottom, but also 75b on top and Small for example, and reduce the its stock individually simultaneously.

Regarding the burger menu, we kindly ask you to update the theme to the latest version, as this issue has already been resolved there. As for the Composite Products, please check whether it works as expected with the default theme.

Hello team,

The burger menu still doesn’t work, unfortunatelly, although I have all the latests versions of theme and plugins.

The Composite Product doesn’t work on default theme either.

Furthermore, on some devices (both Apple and Android) the availability of the out-of-stock products shows as available and not discolored and non-chosable as wished. Only if the out-of-stock variation is chosen by the user then a pop-up informs about it’s non availability.

Hello team,

Unfortunately, it still doesn’t work, not on any device I have checked it.
Please, see again from your end.

And most importantly, the issue with the composite products still remain. I must know the plugin can work with Xstore, or else I will have to ask for refund from them.

Regarding the Composite Products plugin, please contact its developer to confirm that the plugin is compatible with the default theme. As for the dropdown menu issue, kindly specify the browser and its version, as unfortunately, we are unable to reproduce this problem on our side.
