Hello, Khan,
Please provide us with access to the admin panel and a link to the product where the variation images are not displayed.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
I just sent the details.
There are few more problems: Footer is not updated in blog articles: https://hamaish.com/why-pet-portraits-make-great-birthday-christmas-and-memorial-gifts/
Hello @Khan,
Please check now. The “Use images from product variations” option was previously enabled (https://prnt.sc/l3NLx0xmXick), which caused placeholders to appear because none of your product variations had custom images set (https://prnt.sc/YBQXyL7WUVbP). We have now disabled this option, and you can review the frontend here: https://prnt.sc/U7urkWRLE8-b.

Regarding the footer template on blog pages, you had several footer templates (https://prnt.sc/0cK4AF1KGwXo), and one of them was assigned to single posts (https://prnt.sc/F8IslXH4iIek).

Thanks!
Now working perfectly fine.
I am not getting any reset password link in case of lost forward. Also not seeing any email from from new order etc.
Thanks,
Hi,
Thank you for your message. We are glad to hear that everything is now working properly.
Regarding the issue with the reset password link and missing email notifications for new orders, please make sure that your website’s email settings are correctly configured and that the emails are not being filtered into the spam or junk folder.
Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team
