Website and elementor acting weird on a new prod

Hi Xstore team,

I just started working on this new website, and from the start i sensed a different experience working on it than my previous one with the same template.
Demo couldn’t be imported correctly, so i skipped it to build the design myself.
Now while working on the custom header with elementor, the latter isn’t rendering correctly between what i designed on elementor and what is shown on the front (screenshots uploaded)

So i am reaching out to check what is the issue here as i cannot continue working, what is causing a problem that’s many things aren’t working properly?
