  We have an issue here with the slide-out menu.
  Menu items with a drop-down sub-menu are not responding to clicks.

  Note: Top-level menu items (with sub-menus) are not linked by design.
  We want people to see and choose a page from the drop-down sub-menus.

  Screenshot attached.

  Please advise how or what is the best/quickest way to get this fixed?
